Clobber can be contacted by email, fax or phone. If you ring and we are unavailable, your call will be answered by an answering machine. Please leave a message
and we will respond to you as soon as possible. We require all orders to be in writing and are willing to receive these by either email, fax or mail.
Quotes
We will always provide a quote on rowing gear if required. All quotes are valid for three months.
Privacy Policy
The details that you supply to us when making an inquiry or making an order are treated as private and confidential. We will not release, sell or pass on this information to anyone outside our organisation at any time, unless we ask you and you give us permission to do this.
Embroidery and Screen Printing
We are more than happy to arrange Embroidery and Screen Printing on your behalf and these can be quoted on as
required. We would like to point out, however, that many Clubs already have their designs held by a local
Embroidery or Screen Printing design company which will avoid additional set up charges.
We are able to receive Logo designs in any form, however, we do prefer to receive them by email in .jpg or .tif format, true to colour. Alternatively, if you are able to supply a digitised file which is ready for the Embroidery machine, it may cut down on the Set up charges. Delivery Period
Manufacture time is 3-4 WEEKS from the date of the completed order being received.
We will where possible assist you with any emergencies, but his can not be guaranteed.
Please be sure to make us aware of your preferred delivery date when ordering.
Method of Payment
For all orders, payment must be received prior to delivery. We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards.
You will need to send us your card details via fax, post or email, as we do
not collect this information online. We will also accept a Cheque or Bank Order in any currency.
Freight
A delivery charge of NZ$5.00, per order/shipment will be added to all Invoices.
Taxes and Import Duties
All
prices are Exclusive of local Country Taxes and Import Duties, unless
otherwise stated.
Clobber is proud to offer an unconditional 30 day guarantee against any faults
in workmanship or materials.
Claims
Clobber will not accept any claims relating to incorrect manufacture, unless
notified within seven days from the date of Invoice. Further, any goods which
are found to be incorrectly manufactured, must be returned within fourteen days
for a claim to be accepted.
